By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following Terms of service:✦ I can post commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep your commission in secret. In this case privacy fees may be included.
✦ You can stream or make monetized content using the commissioned work.
✦ Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.✦ Contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work or use it for merchandise (in this case the price may increase). Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission.WorkflowFor all types of works I use the following workflow:
Sketch — Line Art or Cleaning — Coloring — Rendering +
Adding final touchesYou can make few adjustments to the work on these steps accordingly:
✦ Sketch (correcting main composition of the work: design, details and shapes)
✦ Coloring (changing colors + backgrounds)
✦ Rendering (correcting final details of the work, adjusting contrast and brightness)If the commissioner requests to make late or heavy adjustments (e.g. changing idea of the work or changing shapes and details on the rendering or coloring steps) the additional fee will be charged. The amount of the fee may vary (10-50% or more) from the work price.
Payment✦ I will send you a PayPal invoice. The currency is in USD. Transaction fees are not included in the price list.
✦ The price stated on the Price page is at a starting point. Depending on the details of your commission the price may increase.✦ There are two ways you can transfer the payment:
1) 50% prepayment for Sketch + 50% prepayment for the following steps after the Sketch is confirmed.
2) 100% prepaymentRefund✦ You will be offered a full or partial refund if the workflow is abrupted due to my cause. The amount of refund will depend on the work that is already done.
✦ By paying the second part of the price (in case of 50/50 payment), the client approves the commitment to finish the work piece.
✦ If I will not manage to satisfy the client's needs. The workflow can be abrupted after Sketch step. If the client payed the 100% deposit, 50% will be refunded. In 50/50 payment case the refund is not included.
✦ If the comission has to be canceled because of the client's cause, the refund will not be issued.
✦ If the client stops responding during an extended period of time
without prior notice (two weeks or longer) the comission will be closed.Subject matter✦ I specialise in character-centric art and animation. I may deny requests including complicated backgrounds with architecture and aspects I am not much experienced in.
✦ I may deny requests including NSFW and offensive themes.
